What is upsPhaseBypassTableSize?
This read-only integer reports the phase count used to size the UPS's bypass-supply table, i.e. how many phase entries follow. An administrator polls it first to know how many upsPhaseBypass rows to expect before walking the table, since three-phase and single-phase UPS models expose a different number of entries. For example, on a three-phase UPS the OID returns 3, telling the monitoring tool to expect three separate bypass-voltage, current, and frequency readings, one per phase.
