What is upsBaseBatteryAgeRecommand?

This read-only integer reports the recommended battery life in months. It gives an admin the vendor-recommended service life, which combined with upsBaseBatteryLastReplaceDate helps flag when a proactive replacement is due. For example, if this value is 36 months and the last-replace date is nearly three years old, the admin schedules a preventive battery swap before a failure occurs.
