Description: When the UPS is on Battery Mode with 0% load and the status remains for the time configured,the RMCARD will enforce the UPS to Sleep Mode and the output will be turned off. The possible values are 0, 20, 40, and 60 minutes. If a value other than a possible value is set, it will not be accepted.
What is upsAdvanceConfigDeepDischargeProtection?
This read-write integer sets the time, from a list including 0, 20, 40, and 60 minutes, that the UPS can run on battery with 0% load before the RMCARD forces it into sleep mode and turns off output. An admin uses this to protect the battery from being drained to zero if the UPS is accidentally left running unloaded on battery. For example, an admin sets this to 20 minutes so an accidentally-unplugged-but-still-running UPS shuts itself off rather than draining its battery to zero over an unattended weekend.
