What is mtrapinfoTimeTicks?
This read-only TimeTicks exists as a placeholder that CPS traps can attach a duration or elapsed-time detail to; the MIB notes it is not otherwise defined and a direct GET always returns 0. It is meaningful only embedded in a trap, not as a directly polled OID. For example, a runtime-related trap might carry an elapsed-time value here, while a direct GET on the OID always returns 0.
