What is mtrapinfoIpAddress?
This read-only IpAddress exists as a placeholder that CPS traps can attach an IP address detail to; the MIB notes it is not otherwise defined and a direct GET always returns 0.0.0.0. It is meaningful only inside a trap's variable bindings, not as a standalone polled value. For example, a trap about a specific offending host might populate this field with that host's real address, while a direct GET on the OID still shows 0.0.0.0.
