What is ePDUStatusInputFrequency?

This read-only integer reports the frequency of the PDU's incoming utility power, in tenths of a hertz. Admins monitor it as a sanity check on the incoming supply, since a frequency drifting away from the expected 50 or 60 Hz nominal can indicate a generator or unstable power source feeding the facility. A reading of 598, 59.8 Hz, close to the expected 600, 60.0 Hz, confirms the PDU's incoming power is stable.
