Description: A threshold that indicates the power consumption of the load is nearing a low consumption condition. It is represented in watts. A warning will be issued when the load is less than the threshold value.

A threshold value of 0 effectively disables this warning.

Maximum value must be less than the value returned by the ePDUOutletConfigMonitoredNearOverloadThreshold OID.

0 will be returned if the unit is not Outlet Monitored Rack PDU.

What is ePDUOutletConfigMonitoredLowLoadThreshold?

This read-write integer sets the low-load warning threshold, in watts, for a specific monitored outlet, with 0 disabling the warning, and 0 also returned automatically on units that lack this monitoring capability. Admins use it to detect an individual outlet's equipment going unexpectedly idle, such as a server that has crashed and stopped drawing its normal power. Setting a threshold of 20 watts on an outlet normally drawing 150 watts would trigger a warning if that server's load unexpectedly collapsed to near zero, an early sign of a crash or unplugging.
