What is ePDUOutletBankIndex?
This read-only integer, from 1 to 10, indexes a row in the Switched Rack PDU's bank overload-restriction table. Admins use it to confirm which specific bank's turn-on restriction policy a row describes before reading or changing it. Index 2 identifies the restriction-policy row for bank 2 specifically.
