ePDULoadBankConfigOverloadThreshold
Module: CPS-MIB
OID (symbolic): CPS-MIB::ePDULoadBankConfigOverloadThreshold
OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.3808.1.1.3.2.4.1.1.4
Node type: OBJECT-TYPE
Type: INTEGER
Access: read-write
Description: A threshold that indicates the power consumption of the load has entered an overload condition. It is represented in Amps. A warning will be issued when the load is greater than or equal to the threshold value.
Minimum value must be greater than or equal to the value returned by the ePDULoadBankConfigNearOverloadThreshold OID.
Maximum value must be less than or equal to the value returned by the ePDULoadDevMaxBankLoad OID.
What is ePDULoadBankConfigOverloadThreshold?
This read-write integer sets the overload threshold, in amps, at which a bank is considered overloaded, and cannot exceed the bank's rated maximum load, ePDULoadDevMaxBankLoad. Admins set this to define the operational danger point for that specific bank rather than relying purely on the hardware's rated maximum. Setting it to 19 amps on a bank rated for 20 amps builds in a one-amp margin before the bank hits its physical limit.
