ePDULoadBankConfigLowLoadThreshold

Module: CPS-MIB

OID (symbolic): CPS-MIB::ePDULoadBankConfigLowLoadThreshold

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.3808.1.1.3.2.4.1.1.2

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: INTEGER

Access: read-write

Description: A threshold that indicates the power consumption of the load is nearing a low consumption condition. It is represented in Amps. A warning will be issued when the load is less than the threshold value.

A threshold value of 0 Amps effectively disables this warning.

Maximum value must be less than the value returned by the ePDULoadBankConfigNearOverloadThreshold OID.

What is ePDULoadBankConfigLowLoadThreshold?

This read-write integer sets the low-load warning threshold, in amps, for one bank of outlets; a warning fires when the bank's load drops below this value, with 0 disabling the warning. Admins use it to catch a bank that has unexpectedly gone idle, such as when equipment plugged into that bank has failed or been unplugged. Setting this to 1 amp on a bank normally carrying several amps would trigger a warning the moment that bank's load falls to near zero.
