What is ePDUIdentDeviceNumOutlets?

This read-only integer reports the total number of outlets physically present on the device. An admin uses this value to know the valid range of outlet indexes before iterating through outlet-level tables such as ePDUOutletStatusOutletState. A PDU reporting 24 here tells the admin to expect outlet indexes 1 through 24 across the outlet-related tables.
