Description: Getting this OID will return the total energy consumption of the Rack PDU Daisy Chain group devices in tenths of kilowatt-hours.

To view the start time for each of the Rack PDU device energy meters that contribute to this value, see the ePDU2DeviceStatusEnergyStartTime OID.
Queries to slave units in an Daisy Chain group will return 0.
What is ePDU2GroupTotalEnergy?
This read-only gauge reports the combined energy consumption, in tenths of a kilowatt-hour, of every Rack PDU device in a daisy-chain group, again returning 0 on slave units. It gives an admin one aggregate energy figure for group-level billing or capacity tracking, and the description points to ePDU2GroupEnergyReset for clearing it and to the device start-time OID for when accumulation began. For example, an admin reviewing monthly energy costs for a chained rack would read this value on the master unit rather than adding up each PDU separately.
