This read-write integer is a command object: setting it to reset(2) zeroes out the energy meter on every device in the Rack PDU daisy-chain group, while a get always just returns noOperation(1) on supporting models. It gives the admin a single action to clear accumulated energy totals across an entire chained group at once, rather than resetting each PDU individually. For example, at the start of a new billing period an admin would set this OID to reset(2) to zero out group-wide energy tracking for the next month.
