Description: The peak power consumption of the Rack PDU load in Watts.

What is ePDU2DeviceStatusPowerPeakLoad?

This read-only Gauge reports the peak power consumption of a given Rack PDU's load, in Watts, since the peak was last reset. An admin uses it to catch a brief wattage spike, such as from simultaneous equipment boot-up, that a single live reading between polls might miss. For example, a recorded peak of 1900 Watts against a current reading of 1400 Watts shows that unit briefly approached its rated capacity even though it's running comfortably below that now.
