ePDU2DeviceConfigPowerNearOverloadThreshold

Module: CPS-MIB

OID (symbolic): CPS-MIB::ePDU2DeviceConfigPowerNearOverloadThreshold

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.3808.1.1.6.3.2.1.14

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: INTEGER

Access: read-write

Description: User-defined near overload power threshold, measured in Watts.

What is ePDU2DeviceConfigPowerNearOverloadThreshold?

This read-write integer, in Watts, sets the user-defined near-overload power threshold for a given Rack PDU. An admin sets it below the hard wattage limit to give advance notice before the unit reaches full power capacity. For example, setting this to 1800 Watts on a PDU rated for 2000 provides a 200 Watt early-warning margin.
