ePDU2DeviceConfigCurrentLowLoadThreshold

Module: CPS-MIB

OID (symbolic): CPS-MIB::ePDU2DeviceConfigCurrentLowLoadThreshold

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.3808.1.1.6.3.2.1.8

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: INTEGER

Access: read-write

Description: User-defined low current draw alarm threshold, measured in Amps.

What is ePDU2DeviceConfigCurrentLowLoadThreshold?

This read-write integer, in Amps, sets the user-defined low-current alarm threshold for a given Rack PDU. An admin sets it to detect when the PDU's overall load unexpectedly drops, which can indicate a failed upstream feed or equipment that has gone dark. For example, setting this to 3 Amps on a PDU normally carrying 15 Amps of load would trigger a warning if that load collapsed to near zero.
