What is bmProbesResHealth?
This read-only integer reports a battery's resistance health as a percentage figure, presumably relative to its baseline resistance. It gives the admin a normalized way to compare aging across batteries of different original resistance values, rather than comparing raw milliohm numbers directly. For example, a battery reporting a resistance health of 160 percent has degraded significantly further than one still reporting close to 100 percent.
