Description: This variable returns the status of the phase sync.
What is atsStatusPhaseSyncStatus?
This read-only enumerated integer reports whether the ATS's two input sources are phase-synchronized, inSync(1), or not, outOfSync(2). Admins care about this because switching between out-of-sync sources can cause a brief power interruption or transient during transfer, unlike a synchronized transfer. Seeing outOfSync(2) tells the admin that a future source transfer on this ATS may cause a brief glitch to the protected load rather than a seamless switch.
