What is atsOutletCtrlTableIndex?
This read-only integer, constrained to 1 through 19, indexes a row in the ATS outlet control table so a specific outlet's command entry can be targeted. It lets a control script pair an outlet number with the correct atsOutletCtrlCommand row before issuing an action. For example, index 3 must be used to send a command specifically to the third outlet.
