What is atsLoadStatusPhaseLoadState?
This read-only enumeration reports the current load condition of a given ATS phase as normal(1), lowLoad(2), nearOverLoad(3), or overLoad(4). It gives an admin an at-a-glance severity flag without having to compare raw current readings against thresholds manually. For example, seeing nearOverLoad(3) on a phase should prompt an admin to hold off adding more equipment to that leg before it tips into overLoad(4).
