This read-only integer reports how many rows exist in the ATS load device's per-bank table, i.e. how many outlet banks the device groups its outlets into for load reporting. Monitoring software reads it before walking the bank table so it knows how many bank rows, such as total, bank1, bank2, and bank3, to expect. For example, a value of 4 tells a polling script to expect the aggregate 'total' row plus three individual bank rows.
