This read-only enumeration identifies which bank a row of the ATS load device bank table describes, using total(1) for the whole-unit aggregate or bank1(2) through bank3(4) for individual banks. An admin uses it to know whether a given row's max-load figure applies to the entire ATS or to one specific outlet bank. For example, seeing bank2(3) on a row tells the admin the accompanying atsLoadDevBankMaxLoad value is specific to the second bank, not the unit as a whole.
