What is atsLoadCfgPhaseTableSize?
This read-only integer reports how many rows exist in the ATS load configuration phase table, matching the number of phases whose thresholds can be configured. A management tool reads it before walking the table to set or review per-phase warning thresholds. For example, a value of 1 tells a configuration script the device is single-phase and only one set of thresholds needs to be managed.
