What is atsConfigNarrowRangeValue?
This read-write integer configures the actual voltage range used when atsConfigTransferVoltageRange is set to narrow(3). Admins tune this value to define exactly how tight the acceptable voltage window is for their most sensitive connected equipment. Setting a narrow range value of plus or minus 5 volts around nominal means even a moderate sag or surge on the active source would trigger a transfer under the narrow setting.
