accepterAddr

Module: CPS-MIB

OID (symbolic): CPS-MIB::accepterAddr

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.3808.2.1.2.1.2

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: IpAddress

Access: read-write

Description: The trap receiver IP address.

What is accepterAddr?

This read-write IpAddress holds the destination IP address for a specific trap receiver entry. An admin configures it so device alerts actually reach the intended monitoring host. For example, an admin sets this to 10.1.1.50 to point one trap-receiver entry at the primary NOC's SNMP trap collector.

Examples

snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.3808.2.1.2.1.2
snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> CPS-MIB::accepterAddr

Get a specific instance (index 1):

snmpget -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.3808.2.1.2.1.2.1
snmpget -v2c -c public <target> CPS-MIB::accepterAddr.1
