What is waterCoolUnitOutputDelay?
This read-write integer sets an unsigned delay value, after which a triggered output on the water-cooling unit automatically falls back to its previous state. An admin uses it to configure how long a temporarily-changed cooling output, such as a boosted fan speed, stays before reverting on its own. For example, setting this to 60 seconds means a manually-boosted fan output returns to its prior speed one minute later.
