What is waterCoolUnitMsgBeeper?
This read-write enumerated value configures whether a specific alarm message on the water-cooling unit also sounds the unit's audible beeper, independent of whether it also switches the relay. It lets an admin control audible notification per cooling-unit alarm separately from its relay behavior. For example, an admin disables the beeper for a routine warning message but leaves the relay set to switch, so the event is logged without an audible nuisance.
