What is cpqWcrmWaterCoolUnitNumberOfMsgs?
This read-only integer reports how many alarm-message slots can be configured for the water-cooling unit on port 2. An admin uses it to know how many rows of the waterCoolUnitMsgIndex table exist, separate from the internal sensor unit's message count. For example, a value of 10 means alarm messages can be defined across indexes 1 through 10 for this water-cooling unit.
