What is cpqWcrmSetBeeper?
This read-write enumerated value is the master switch for the Environmental Controller unit's own audible alarm, described in the MIB as on(2) or off(1). It controls the general unit-level beeper as distinct from the per-message beeper settings configured on individual alarms. For example, an admin turns this general beeper off during a maintenance window while leaving individual message-level beeper settings unchanged, so the physical unit itself stays silent.
