What is cpqSmTrapPkts?

This read-only Counter tracks the total number of trap packets issued by the agent for the Server Manager enterprise since the SNMP agent was loaded. An administrator cares as a sanity check that the SNMP agent is actively emitting traps at all. For example, a flat counter despite known hardware events leads an admin to suspect the SNMP agent's trap sending is broken.
