What is cpqSmObjectInstIndex?
This read-only INTEGER from 0 to 255 uniquely specifies a particular instance of an object on the Server Manager board. An administrator cares to distinguish between multiple instances of the same object type, such as redundant fans. For example, with two redundant fans defined under the same object type, instance index values of 0 and 1 let the admin tell fan number one apart from fan number two in alerts.
