What is cpqSmAlertStatus?
This read-only INTEGER reports the current alerting status of the Server Manager board as other, disabled, or enabled. An administrator cares as a master check for whether any alerts will be sent at all, before checking individual destinations. For example, investigating why no pages arrived during an outage, an admin discovers this OID was disabled(2) globally, not just at one destination.
