This read-only INTEGER uniquely identifies the rack that a server temperature-sensor table entry belongs to. It is the top-level index used to group thermal sensor readings by the physical rack they come from. For example, this rack index combines with the chassis and server indices so a thermal report can be organized by rack for a facilities team.
