This will be -1 if the rack does not report the information or it could not be determined.
What is cpqRackServerBladeSlotsUsed?
This read-only INTEGER reports how many slot positions this blade occupies, used to flag blades that obscure an adjacent bay, returning -1 if the rack cannot report it. Admins use it to understand why an enclosure shows fewer available bays than its rated blade count when wider blades are installed. For example, a double-wide blade reporting slotsUsed of 2 explains why the neighboring bay shows no separate blade entry of its own.
