What is cpqRackPowerSupplyPresent?
This read-only INTEGER (other/absent/present) reports whether the power supply described is physically present in the enclosure. Monitoring software polls this to detect when a supply has been pulled or newly installed, separate from whether it is functioning correctly. For example, a supply bay that reported present(3) yesterday now returning absent(2) tells an admin the unit was physically removed, prompting a check of maintenance logs.
