What is cpqRackPowerEnclosureLoadBalanced?
This read-only INTEGER (other/notLoadBalanced/loadBalanced) reports whether power draw is being spread evenly across the enclosure's multiple power supplies. Operationally, a notLoadBalanced reading after adding a supply suggests a configuration step was missed and one supply is carrying a disproportionate share of the load. For example, after installing a second power supply an admin re-checks this value to confirm it now reads loadBalanced(3) rather than staying on the original single unit.
