What is cpqRackMibCondition?
This enumerated value reports the overall status of all the rack information represented by this MIB, as other, ok, degraded, or failed. It gives an admin a single top-level health indicator for the entire rack before drilling into individual enclosures, fans, or sensors. For example, a monitoring dashboard could poll cpqRackMibCondition first and only dig into a rack's enclosure tables in detail when it reports degraded(3) or failed(4).
