What is cpqRackCommonEnclosureManagerCondition?
This read-only INTEGER reports the enclosure manager's health as other, ok, degraded, or failed, where the MIB defines degraded as a redundant manager not operating properly and failed as a non-redundant manager not operating properly. This distinction lets an admin gauge urgency: a degraded reading on a redundant pair is a warning, while failed on a lone manager is a monitoring outage. As an example, seeing degraded(3) on a dual-manager enclosure tells the operator the standby manager needs service even though the primary is still tracking the enclosure fine.
