What is upsRecepStatus?
This enumerated value reports whether a specific receptacle is on, off, on with a pending off, off with a pending on, or in an unknown state. It lets an admin verify the actual current power state of an individually switched outlet, not just whether a command was sent. For example, seeing upsRecepStatus read pendingOff(3) confirms a scheduled shutdown command for that outlet is queued but has not executed yet.
