What is upsOutputNumPhases?
This is the number of metered output phases on the UPS, and it also serves as the index for the output phase table. It tells a monitoring tool whether to expect one set of output readings or multiple per-phase sets when polling the UPS. For example, a three-phase UPS reporting upsOutputNumPhases as 3 lets the polling software know to walk three rows of output voltage and current data.
