Description: The bypass frequency in tenths of Hz.
What is upsBypassFrequency?
This is the frequency of the UPS's bypass power line, reported in tenths of a Hz. It lets an admin verify the bypass feed is stable at the expected line frequency (such as 60.0 Hz reported as 600) before the UPS is allowed to switch load onto it. For example, a bypass frequency reading of 597 (59.7 Hz) drifting outside normal tolerance could explain why the UPS refuses to transfer load to bypass.
