What is upsBatCapacity?
This is the battery's remaining charge expressed as a percentage, from 0 to 100. It is the most direct measure an admin has of how full the UPS battery currently is. For example, a monitoring rule might page on-call staff if upsBatCapacity falls below 20% while the UPS is running on battery power during an extended outage.
