What is pdrNumPanels?
This is the number of distribution panels or subfeeds contained within the PDR, up to 100. It tells a management application how many pdrPanelIndex rows to expect when walking the PDR's panel table. For example, a large PDR reporting pdrNumPanels as 4 would have four separate panel entries, each with its own voltage, current, and KWH readings.
