What is pdrNumBreakers?
This is the total number of circuit breakers installed across the PDR, up to 100. It tells a management application how many pdrBreakerIndex rows to expect when walking the PDR's breaker table. For example, a densely populated PDR reporting pdrNumBreakers as 42 matches a full single panel's worth of breaker positions.
