What is pdrBreakerPercentWarning?
This is the warning threshold percentage configured for a specific breaker, presumably compared against pdrBreakerCurrentPercent to decide when to raise an early caution. It lets an admin set a lower, earlier warning level per breaker before the breaker reaches a true overload condition. For example, a breaker with pdrBreakerPercentWarning set to 80 would trigger a caution once its load percentage crossed that mark, ahead of any hard overload alarm.
