What is pdrBreakerPanel?
This is the index of the panel on which a specific breaker is physically installed. It lets a management station associate a given breaker with the correct parent panel when a PDR has multiple panels. For example, pdrBreakerPanel value 2 tells software that breaker's readings belong to the second panel, not the first.
