What is breakerIndex?
This is the identifier number assigned to a specific circuit breaker on the PDU, serving as the index into the breaker table. It lets a management station correlate a breaker's voltage, current, and load readings back to one physical breaker position. For example, breakerIndex 3 might correspond to the third breaker position on a rack PDU, distinct from breaker 1 or 2 which feed other outlet banks.
