Description: The breaker current draw in Amps.
What is breakerCurrent?
This is the current draw, in amps, flowing through a specific circuit breaker on the PDU. Administrators track it to catch a breaker approaching its rated amperage before it trips and drops power to whatever is plugged into it. For example, a breaker rated for 20A showing breakerCurrent climbing to 18A after new equipment was added would warn staff to redistribute the load before an overload trip.
