This read-write CpqnRowStatus value controls creation and deletion of a port-monitor table row, DURABLE across reboots: setting it to row-valid(1) adds the row, setting it to row-invalid(2) deletes it, and the agent always reports it back as row-valid(1). An admin uses this row-set mechanism to provision or tear down a port-mirroring session via SNMP. For example, an admin sets this to row-invalid(2) to remove a temporary mirroring session that was configured for troubleshooting.
