This read-write object is a pointer (OID) to the corresponding entry in the IPS-AUTH MIB that defines the user identity permitted to access this iSCSI target. An admin sets this to tie a target's access-control entry to a specific CHAP or other authentication identity managed elsewhere in the IPS-AUTH MIB. For example, an admin provisioning a new initiator's access would point this object at the IPS-AUTH row containing that initiator's approved CHAP username.
